Last updated: 11 September 2026. AstroPlan uses the information you provide to operate forecasts, saved locations, equipment profiles and weather alerts.

Information we process

This may include your email address, account profile, saved or recently searched locations, alert preferences and equipment setups. A precise location is used only when you choose it; it is saved only when you ask AstroPlan to save it.

How information is used

We use it to provide and personalise AstroPlan, send requested alerts, protect accounts, diagnose faults and respond to support requests. If you actively choose product and feature updates, we may also send occasional AstroPlan news by email. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can change the product-update preference and edit or remove saved locations, alerts and equipment from your account. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@astroplan.co.uk.
