Tell us the email address associated with your account, the location or feature involved, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, API keys or payment details.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated AstroPlan data by emailing us with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing the request.
